Charles Carpenter is the Chief Operations Officer of Nightingale Risk Management, bringing extensive experience in risk management and security. A U.S.M.C veteran, he leverages military discipline and strategic thinking to help Nightingale Risk Management navigate complex scenarios. Known for tailored, results-driven solutions, Charles plays a key role in overseeing operations and providing strategic guidance, ensuring clients receive top-tier service and protection. His leadership and expertise make him a trusted advisor in the field.

Andrew Jones serves as the Southern Oregon Operations Manager for Nightingale Risk Management, bringing a strong combination of military leadership, operational experience, and private security expertise to the organization.

A U.S. Army veteran with 14 years of distinguished military service, Andrew developed extensive experience in leadership, team management, operational planning, and mission execution. Following his military career, he transitioned into the private security industry, where he has accumulated seven years of professional security experience.

Andrew’s diverse background allows him to effectively lead security teams, develop and maintain strong operational standards, and respond to the evolving needs of Nightingale’s clients. He is committed to building reliable teams, maintaining a high level of professionalism, and ensuring that every assignment is executed with accountability and attention to detail.

Andrei Popescu is an experienced security professional who serves as Nightingale Risk Management’s Portland Account Manager and Team Leader. With a strong background in security operations, Andrei brings hands on field experience, leadership, and professionalism to every assignment.

In his role, Andrei oversees security personnel and client accounts throughout the Portland area, helping ensure Nightingale’s standards for professionalism, reliability, and operational readiness are consistently maintained. As a Team Leader, he works directly with security personnel in the field, providing guidance, supervision, and support while helping coordinate day-to-day operations.
